3D Model Creation of Villa in ArchiCAD

I'm seeking a professional with expertise in ArchiCAD to create a 3D model of a three-story villa, plus a rooftop parking level, from a provided DWG file. This project will also involve modeling the sloping terrain of the site.
Key Requirements:
- Medium detail: The 3D model should include the basic structure, main features, windows and doors, but not necessarily textures and decorations.
- Terrain modeling: The sloping terrain should be accurately represented, including driveways and pathways.
- Basic parking layout: The rooftop parking level needs to be modeled with a simple parking layout.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong understanding of modern Italian-European architecture.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian, enabling clear communication and understanding of project details.
