2023_DA 3D Model, CGI & Diagrams -- 3
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Production of 3x document sets (3D and 2D) which must be 100% accurate and suitable for authorities for development approval as follows:
Stages 1: SKETCHUP MODEL 3D + WHITE CARD RENDERS
Finish 3D model in Sketchup of proposed project consisting of alterations and additions to an existing house, and existing adjacent properties.
Production of four (4) white card renders taken from chosen views from the proposed 3D SketchUp model that you have completed. Please find reference examples of such images attached.
You will be provided with a preliminary 3D model, a site survey, measure drawings of the existing buildings and drawings of the new building in DGW or PDF format.
Stage 2: SOLAR DIAGRAMS
Production of Solar Diagrams at 9am, 12noon, and 3pm for the correct geolocation (Sydney Australia), using the 3D model via the following method:
a. Trace the existing shadows of the existing houses + fences, and transfer onto the AutoCAD site plan for 9am, 12noon and 3pm.
b. Solid hatch these existing shadows in grey.
c. Trace the proposed shadows of the proposed development, and transfer onto the same AutoCAD site plan for 9am, noon and 3pm.
d. Solid hatch any additional shadows cast by the proposed to the existing shadows in red.
e. Hatch areas of any reduction of shadows in a blue net hatch (erasing the existing shadow hatch in those areas). The final files must be 2D Autocad DWG with the site plan AND elevations of the adjacent properties (where affected) as background scale 1:200. The 3D model will be used just for the calculation. Please find a reference example of solar diagrams attached.
Stage 3 - HEIGHT BLANKET DIAGRAM
Production of existing ground plane of the site and the respective height blanket projected 9.5 m vertically. Produce the image using the 3D models and indicating any areas of the building that are higher than the 9.5m blanket. Please refer to example attached.
