Mobile App Navigation Audit

Job ID: 40466529

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I need a fresh, expert set of eyes on the navigation and menu system of my mobile app. The current layout feels cluttered and I suspect the underlying asset structure is making quick updates harder than they should be.

Your task is to run a focused audit of the app’s user interface—specifically the way screens are linked, labelled, and visually organised—then hand back clear, actionable guidance I can pass straight to my dev team.

What I expect from you
• A concise report that highlights structural issues, visual inconsistencies, and missed platform-convention opportunities.
• Annotated screenshots or short Loom clips that show exactly where the pain points sit.
• Quick-win and long-term recommendations, ranked by impact and effort.
• (If useful) low-fidelity wireframes or flow diagrams that illustrate your proposed navigation model.

To ground your feedback, please reference current Android & iOS Human Interface Guidelines and any relevant accessibility standards.

I can provide you with a TestFlight / Google Play build link plus Figma files of the current UI as soon as we start. Turnaround within one week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer.
