Minimalist Japandi Interior Plans

I have an entire floor that needs a cohesive minimalist makeover rooted in a Japandi palette—soft neutral woods, olive limestone walls, and carefully placed black accents. The brief covers key areas on the same level: living room, 4 master bedrooms, kitchen and storage room, dinning and guest wc and large front-yard with swimming pool.

What I need from you is a complete 2-phase package: first, a detailed 2D layout that locks down traffic flow, furniture positioning, storage, and lighting points; then photorealistic 3D renders that let me feel the texture and balance of the space before a single piece is purchased.

I am drawn to uncluttered lines, low-profile furniture, and natural finishes. Please weave in muted greens or stone grays only where they help the overall sense of calm. Oversized décor pieces, busy patterns, or high-gloss surfaces are off the table.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2D floor plan (DWG or PDF) with dimensions and furniture tags
• At least three eye-level 3D renders per room (showing daylight and evening moods)
• Source files (autocad,pdf) so I can make minor tweaks later
• A concise material & furniture board referencing readily available items

Acceptance criteria
The design must reflect a unified minimalist Japandi identity, keep walkways clear to 900 mm minimum, and respect existing plumbing/electrical points. One round of revisions after I review the first draft is included. If that sounds like your aesthetic, I’m ready to start right away.
