Merge Four Cognito Forms
Budget: $40 – $60 AUD
I have four separate Cognito Forms that all serve the same Registration or sign-ups purpose. Because the platform doesn’t let me copy full sections between forms, I need them rebuilt as one streamlined form while keeping each section’s wording, layout, and logic intact.
What you’ll do
• Recreate every text field, multiple choice question, and other fields from the originals.
• Combine the four forms into a single Cognito Form, preserving field order, wording, and any existing validation or conditional logic.
• Share the draft so I can verify each section against the legacy forms before final hand-off.
I’ll provide the credentials of the current forms as soon as we start. The work is project-based, and I’m aiming to sign it off quickly once the consolidated form matches the originals.
