3D Medical Animation - URGENT WORK - 2 days delivery. SERIOUS EXPERIENCED ONLY

Please note this is urgent as needed to be ready in 2 day as I posted this already and the awarded freelancer let me down last minute. I awarded for 150 USD but will go to 250 USD if you can commit 100% to getting it done.

The 3D is only expected to be approx. 30 seconds.

Create a 3d Video of a skin graft from the back of a 3d model to show it being grafted to chin.
This is a burns surgery for a badly scarred face and the skins and tissue getting taken from back and molded to face.
The Powerpoint attached (view in slide show) shows a very rough version of this and how it flows.

The Youtube URL is a sample of a better one. Ideally like the PowerPoint outline, of a scalpel into the shapes from the back and then these shapes being animated across onto the face.
The images show the actual outline.
It needs to be only basic model of a human body like the powerpoint - - does NOT need face, details etc. just a basic body with the shape of the skin that is cut out shown on the back and around the arms.
Same with the face - just a blank face.

The red and blue sketched lines show the arteries and veins and should be indicated in the skin cut out and then they are shown on top of face too and the veins and arteries can blend in.
