AI Material Estimator -- 4

The goal is to create an OpenAI-powered model, train it with engineers and architects to understand their plans and turn it into a production-ready web tool that logs users in, accepts their architectural or engineered plans in PDF format, and returns a clean take-off with quantities and current pricing. I am looking for someone to help build a prototype at this stage and then the full build once testing and trials and show and tell to already interested customers are complete.

The requirement is a basic Prototype that can have a PDF plan uploaded to it. The AI then reads the plan to extract the item that the customer is looking for such as structural steel for house slab/footings. The output is then presented as material needed with a cost for said material. It doesn't have to be pretty to begin with. It just needs to work for trials and testing.
