Manual Product Data Entry
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a reliable freelancer for a manual data entry project.
I have a web-based database that contains product names, product descriptions, and product images. I also have a prepared Excel template that needs to be filled in a specific format.
Your task will be to:
• Manually copy the product name exactly as shown
• Manually copy the product description exactly as shown
• Download the corresponding product image
• Upload the image to a shared Google Drive folder
• Paste the Google Drive shareable link into the designated column in the Excel sheet
There are approximately 4,000 rows to complete.
Accuracy is extremely important. Spelling, capitalization, spacing, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source exactly. The completed file will be directly imported into our e-commerce system, so formatting errors or hidden characters may cause upload failures.
This work must be done manually. No automation tools, scraping scripts, or bots are allowed. Each row should be double-checked carefully before submission.
I will provide: • Database login credentials and navigation instructions
• The Excel template (.xlsx format)
• Access to the Google Drive folder
Deliverable: • The same Excel file fully completed
• All images uploaded properly
• Correct Drive links placed in the appropriate column
• File saved in .xlsx format and ready for upload
