Manual Excel Data Entry

I have several batches of information sitting only on printed pages and I need every line typed into an Excel workbook exactly as it appears. You will receive high-resolution scans of the documents together with a template that already contains the correct column headings, data validation rules, and sheet tabs.

The job is 100 % manual: no OCR or copy-paste tricks—just careful typing, quick cross-checks, and the occasional formula to total columns so we can both see that figures balance. Accuracy matters more than speed; inconsistent spelling or transposed digits will slow us both down, so I’d rather you pause to verify unclear handwriting than guess.

Deliverables
• Completed .xlsx file using the template I supply
• A short note of any ambiguous entries or illegible text you flagged for my review

Acceptance criteria
• All fields from every printed page are present in the final spreadsheet
• Numerical columns add up to the control totals I provide
• ≤ 0.5 % error rate when I spot-check 50 random rows
