Zap or Make.com for Google Calendars
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hope you are well. I need some help with a G Calendar Zap that is triggering excessive recurring events from one calendar to another. Can you help me with this?
this will need to be done via screenshare so let me know if thats a deal killer. i will give you access and you can start building. likely make.com for this but open to zapier if you think it will work

objective:
the ideal situation would be that calendar. A event is created and a hold is placed on calendar b. If it is recurring, then being able to publish 10 or 20 future recurring parts of the series would be great but nothing more than that I don’t think.
If the event is a single event, then once it is created on calendar a - it is placed as a hold on calendar b as a single event
If it’s possible to not have a loop effect, it would be good to be able to create the reverse where an event on calendar b places a hold on calendar a
Also, if possible to create a removal of these events in case one is moved or canceled that it is removed from the other calendar in question
