Xero Automation with Airtable Integration

I am looking for a professional who can create an automation system that syncs both invoice data and customer information from Airtable to Xero.
Key Requirements:
- Real-time syncing of data: The system should ensure that as soon as there is a new entry in Airtable, the corresponding data is synced to Xero in real-time.
- Scheduled synchronization: In addition to real-time syncing, I need the system to also perform data sync at scheduled intervals.
- Invoice and customer data: The automation should cover both customer information and invoice data.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
