WooCommerce to Loyverse Integration via Make (Integromat)

Set up full sync using Make.com (Integromat) to:
Push products from WooCommerce → Loyverse
Push orders from Loyverse → WooCommerce
Sync stock when orders are placed
Scope of Work:
1. Product Sync (WooCommerce → Loyverse)
Export all existing products from WooCommerce to Loyverse
Sync fields:
Product name
SKU
Price
VAT rate (we use 2 different VAT rates)
Stock quantity
Correctly map VAT/tax fields
Create or update items in Loyverse
Optional: Product variants support
2. Order Sync (Loyverse → WooCommerce)
When an order is created in Loyverse:
Create matching order in WooCommerce for successful paid orders.
Include:
Customer name, email, and address
Line items with quantity, VAT, and totals
Create WooCommerce customer
3. Stock Sync (Loyverse → WooCommerce)
When a sale is made in Loyverse, update the relevant product’s stock level in WooCommerce
Ensure the stock reflects the correct remaining quantity after sale
4. Error Handling & Logging
Implement basic error handling
Optional: Email or log notification on failed syncs
5. Documentation
Provide a short walkthrough or setup guide so we can replicate the scenario on live WooCommerce and Loyverse accounts
Include Make scenario blueprint (export) for easy import and reuse
