We’re building a full WhatsApp-based automation system for car service garages using GoHighLevel, Make.com, Gupshup, and OpenAI (GPT-4).
You will create a smart system that allows any garage to:
• Handle service bookings
• Manage vehicle/customer history
• Follow up with clients
• Answer technical questions
• Send invoices and get feedback
• Track repair progress
All over WhatsApp and integrated fully with GoHighLevel CRM.
We will work live on Zoom while you build the system. You must explain each step clearly — this is not a black box job. We want to learn the system fully while you build.

Features to Build:
1- WhatsApp AI Chatbot:
• Automatically replies to missed calls or WhatsApp inquiries
• Dual-language: Arabic + English (detect and reply in same language)
• Understands customer intent even if they don’t say “asap” (e.g., “soon,” “urgently,” etc.)
• Uses OpenAI to:
• Answer car-related questions
• Book an appointment if issue is serious
• Offer advice for simple issues
• Answer general car knowledge questions
• Recognizes returning customers and skips repeated questions
• Checks if user is referring to an existing car or new one
• Each customer can have multiple cars in their CRM profile
Custom Garage Services Logic:
• Each garage may offer different services
• You must set up a structure (CSV / Google Sheet / GHL Custom Fields / etc.) to define:
• What services this garage provides
• What services it does not provide
• The chatbot must check this list dynamically before replying:
• If service is available: confirm + continue
• If not available: apologize and suggest alternatives or other garages
2- Booking + CRM Sync:
• Collect from user:
• Name
• Phone
• Plate number
• Car model
• Mileage
• Preferred time
• Book in GoHighLevel calendar
• Create/update CRM records in GHL
• Store multiple cars per customer, each with its own service log
3- Garage Workflow Tracking:
• Mechanic updates status:
• Car received
• Working
• Waiting for parts
• Complete
• Pre-service photo + mileage capture
• Post-service photo
• Mechanic notes/comments
• All saved in CRM under correct car
4- WhatsApp Billing:
• Send final bill over WhatsApp
• Mark as paid (cash or online)
• Store invoice data inside CRM
5- Feedback Collection:
• After delivery (1 hour or next day), request customer rating
• If 5 stars: send Google Maps review link
• If less: collect feedback internally first
• Option to fix issue, then re-request rating
6- Follow-Up System:
• Ask customer how often they replace oil, filters, etc.
• Build a yearly service plan per car
• Send automated reminders (3–4 months later)
• Trigger booking conversation again when time comes
