Discover Henderson is building a next generation tourism platform powered by AI. We are seeking a technical operator who can oversee our entire digital ecosystem — including our website, automations, data systems, and our AI concierge, Ava.
This role ensures the platform runs smoothly, evolves continuously, and delivers an exceptional experience for visitors and local partners.
⭐ Role Title
AI Platform Manager / No Code Systems Integrator (Wix + Voiceflow + Make.com + Airtable)
⭐ Role Summary
You will manage and optimize the full Discover Henderson platform, including the website, partner onboarding systems, automations, data flows, and Ava — our AI concierge. Your job is to maintain stability, improve functionality, and expand capabilities as the platform grows.
This is a hands on, part time technical role focused on operations, automation, and AI system development.
⭐ Core Responsibilities
• Manage and update the Discover Henderson Wix website
• Maintain partner listings, packages, events, and content
• Oversee and expand Ava’s Voiceflow logic, memory, and conversational flows
• Build and maintain automations using Make.com
• Manage and structure data in Airtable
• Connect and optimize integrations across Wix, Tidio, HubSpot, Stripe, Voiceflow, and Airtable
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Improve user experience, conversion flows, and partner onboarding
• Implement new features and enhancements as the platform grows
⭐ Required Skills
• Strong experience with Voiceflow or HeyGen(AI agent building)
• Proficiency with Make.com (automation workflows)
• Experience managing Wix websites
• Airtable database design + data automation
• Understanding of API connections and no code integrations
• Ability to maintain and evolve AI systems
• Strong problem solving and operational mindset
⭐ Weekly Time Commitment
• Build Phase: 20–30 hours/week (first 4–6 weeks)
• Ongoing Maintenance: 10–15 hours/week
