Voiceflow Inbound Call Integration

I am building an inbound phone experience and I want the full flow—from the moment a caller dials in, to data being stored or amended in Google Sheets—running smoothly through Voiceflow and Make.com.

Here’s what I need done:
• Design or refine the Voiceflow project so an incoming caller is greeted, guided through a short dialogue, and the captured details are sent onward.
• Use Make.com to link Voiceflow’s webhooks to Google Sheets. The scenario should be able to write new rows for first-time callers and update existing rows when a returning caller gives a matching reference.
• Configure any required authentication, webhook URLs, and mapping so the data moves instantly without errors.
• Provide a brief hand-off document or loom walkthrough showing how the scenario was set up and how to adjust it if our sheet structure changes.

Acceptance criteria
– A live Voiceflow project that can be dialed and successfully reaches the Google Sheets actions.
– Make.com scenario turned on, running without manual intervention, and logging successful runs.
– Test call proves both the “write” (new entry) and “update” (existing entry) paths.
