Voice Agent Google Calendar Troubleshooting

I'm facing issues with my Voice Agent, which is designed for booking medical appointments.
- I've been experiencing double booking in Google Calendar from VAPI and MAKE. A single time slot is getting booked for multiple appointments (although Google calendar free/busy time slot is fine)
- Occasionally, the Voice Agent is converting the Calendar date and time incorrectly. This seems to happen occasionally, as I am using the Voice Agent in Sydney, Australia which is GMT + 11.
I need this fix in 1 day please.
