Telegram VIP Verification Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I keep a master Google Sheet that lists every authorised VIP in my Telegram community—username, numeric user-ID and email address on a single row. I need a Make.com scenario (formerly Integromat) that turns those records into a working identity-verification bot.
Workflow I expect
1. A newcomer starts the bot in Telegram.
2. The bot asks for their Telegram @username (or reads it automatically) and, if not present, requests the numeric user-ID.
3. The scenario pulls the relevant row from my Google Sheet and cross-checks both fields (plus email when provided).
4. If the data matches, the bot sends a “Verified VIP” confirmation and automatically grants access to my private channel or group.
5. On any mismatch it returns a polite rejection message and logs the attempt in another sheet tab for my review.
Key requirements
• Built entirely inside Make.com using standard Telegram and Google Sheets modules—no external code unless absolutely necessary.
• Clean, well-named scenario with comments so I can maintain it later.
• Error handling for missing data, duplicate requests and API time-outs.
• A short Loom (or similar) walkthrough showing the scenario settings and how to add new VIPs to the sheet.
Acceptance criteria
– A Make.com share link I can import and run without edits (except for my own API tokens).
– Successful live test with at least one valid and one invalid user.
– Clear hand-over doc listing which sheet columns the scenario expects and where to insert the bot token.
