We are looking for an experienced freelancer who is familiar with the configuration of automation solutions. Our current concern involves the following scenario:
Trigger:
When an appointment is made through Calendly, we want to capture certain information:
First name
Last name
Phone number
Email address
"From" (name of the sales representative who entered the appointment).
In the "From" field in Calendly, the user has the option to enter their own name.
Our goal is to create a special field in our CRM system (Close) that shows that the appointment was entered by the user whose name is in the "From" field at Calendly.
