## About the Role
We're seeking an experienced automation specialist with deep expertise in Make (formerly Integromat) and n8n to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as our troubleshooting guru, diagnosing and resolving issues in our existing workflow automation systems.
## Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix errors in existing Make and n8n workflows
- Optimize underperforming automation sequences
- Document workflow solutions and create troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical support to team members using these platforms
- Implement best practices for workflow reliability and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits of automated processes to identify potential issues
## Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Make/Integromat and n8n platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhook configurations
- Understanding of JSON, XML and data transformation techniques
- Experience with error logging and monitoring systems
- Ability to read and interpret error messages accurately
- Knowledge of common integration platforms (Zapier, Automate.io, etc.)
## Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Make and n8n
- Background in IT support or development
- Experience with JavaScript for custom function creation
- Familiarity with REST API concepts and authentication methods
- Understanding of data mapping and transformation logic
- Experience with webhook debugging tools
