We engage freelance Remote Employment Coaches to deliver skill-based, non-face-to-face workshops via Microsoft Teams.

All programs are capacity-building only, delivered under Australian leadership, with training, scripts, and templates provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver online workshops and 1:1 sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Follow approved session plans and scripts
• Support participants using provided worksheets and resources
• Complete brief session summaries and progress notes
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and conduct
• Attend supervision and quality check-ins

Requirements
• Experience in coaching, HR, recruitment, training, education, or employment services
• Confident facilitating sessions on Microsoft Teams
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
• Comfortable supporting people with disability (training provided)
• Able to follow structured programs and reporting requirements
