I'm seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with strong project management skills to oversee the development of a Softr dashboard, integrating it with Airtable and Make.com automations by the engineers. This project is geared towards automating workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: You will oversee the development of our Softr dashboard, ensuring it's well-integrated with Airtable.
- Onboarding Support: You will provide support during the onboarding process of customers.
- Automation Management: You will manage the automation processes within the dashboard, meaning you know how to do Make.com automations for our customers.
- Ongoing Support: Post-launch, you will provide ongoing support for the dashboard.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong Project Management: You should have a background in project management, ideally with experience in dashboard development.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are a must for this role, as you'll be providing support during the onboarding process and post-launch.
- Automation: Experience with workflow automation is highly preferred, as the primary goal of this project is to automate workflow processes.
