Project Overview

This project is to build Phase 1 (Lite version) of an automation system using Make.com + Airtable + WhatsApp Cloud API.

This is NOT a custom-coded website, app, or CRM.
It is a lightweight, no-code / low-code automation system.

Hourly payment is used only as a payment method.
The scope, tools, and idea are fixed and will not change.



Mandatory Tech Stack
• Make.com (automation engine)
• Airtable (CRM + configuration)
• WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta Business)
• OpenAI (simple AI replies only)

No custom backend
No custom frontend
No servers
No React / PHP / Node / frameworks


Ownership & Access
• All work must be done inside my accounts (Meta, Make, Airtable, OpenAI)
• Developer access is temporary
• I own 100% of the system, data, flows, prompts, and templates
• No dependency on developer accounts

• Easy duplication for new businesses

• Simple Instagram DM auto-reply (webhook)
• Inactive lead follow-up
• Lite analytics (counts only)
• Basic error handling

Documentation & Support
• 2–3 Loom videos
• Written guide
• 45 days support


Out of Scope
• Advanced AI classification
• Omnichannel inbox
• Broadcast campaigns
• Media templates (images/PDFs)
• POS integrations
• Custom UI or apps

Hourly Rules (Very Important)
• Hourly contract does NOT mean open scope
• Scope is fixed as above
• Total cost will not exceed £800
• Weekly hour limit applies
• Any work outside scope requires written approval
• No price changes later

Agreement

By accepting this contract, the developer confirms:
• Full understanding of the scope
• Agreement to the cost cap
• Commitment to the fixed Phase 1 idea
• No deviation without approval

Termination: I may pause or end the contract at any time if scope, progress, or quality expectations are not met. Payment applies only to approved work logged. All completed work must be handed over, and ownership remains with me.
