Optimize AI Security Deployment Software for employee deployment to variours worksite

I already have a Make.com scenario that should manage the day-to-day deployment of our security officers, but right now it is only half-working. I need a developer who knows Make (formerly Integromat) inside out to jump in, diagnose what I’ve built, and get the whole flow running smoothly from end to end.
Here’s what the scenario is meant to do:
• pull daily rosters from Google Sheets,
• confirm each officer’s check-in/out attendance,
