Make.com E-shop–CRM Integration

I need a Make.com (Integromat) scenario that links my tronshop e-commerce store to Caflou CRM and is ready to run by this Tuesday.

Workflow required
1. Trigger on every new tronshop order.
2. Company handling
• Search Caflou by company ID, VAT number and name (each independently).
• If the company exists, move on to contact handling.
• If it doesn’t, create the company first, then continue.
3. Contact handling
• For the located or newly created company, look for a matching contact.
• If the contact exists, update Name, Email and Phone number where they differ.
• If no contact is found, create one with full details.
4. Order creation
• Using the confirmed contact ID, create a “received order” record in Caflou.
• Populate it with the contact ID, delivery address and the complete list of order items from tronshop.

Acceptance criteria
• Scenario runs end-to-end without manual intervention.
• All data fields sync exactly as described.
• Clear documentation and a shared Make.com blueprint so I can import, test and maintain it myself.
