Make.com Workflow Data Transformation Fix - Gravity Forms -> Monday.com

I'm having a problem with a Make.com workflow, transferring data from Gravity Forms to Monday.com.
I have a Gravity form, that includes a sub-form.
The primary form asks personal details from the user.
The sub-form allows them to add pets.
In the example below:
- Gets the main Gravity Form Entry
- Does some conversions to get ISO Country Codes
- Gets the subform entry ID's
- ???
- Adds the data as a new record to Monday.com
I need to have the ??? get the data from each sub-form entry ID, and add that as comma separated list into the relevant field in Monday.com
Ideally we could connect on a Google Meeting and go through the solution together, but am also open to just providing the solution.
This is currently blocking progress, so hoping to be done quickly.

- Extensive experience with Make.com
- Proficiency in data transformation and aggregation
- Problem solving skills to identify and rectify data flow issues
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively to fix the workflow
