I need a Make.com workflow to automate social media reel creation and posting.

Workflow Steps:
- Scheduled trigger every Wednesday at 8:30 AM
- Access "Wednesday Content" Excel from Dropbox
- Use a ChatGPT prompt with a fixed template (which I'll provide) and my backstory to generate:
- On-Screen Text
- Caption
- Hashtags
- Write new content back into corresponding Excel row
- Select a short video from a designated "Wednesday" Dropbox folder
- Overlay On-Screen Text onto the video clip
- Export with filename format: [Post Date] [Clip Name].mp4
- Upload finalized video to a Dropbox "completed" folder
- Auto-post to Instagram using the generated caption and hashtags
