Make.com Woocommerce to Zoho Invoice scenario blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi I need help with the following make.com scenario that creates an invoice on Zoho invoice from Woocommerce order, I need the full blueprints working perfectly.
1)Watch woocommerce orders, status processing, I will define starting when
2)Check if the customers exist or not
3)If yes, then skip the customer creation and goto to step 5
4)If no, create a customer with all details from order including first name, last name, email, full address (I can configure the field)
5)Check for items ordered in woo commerce
6)Match the SKU of the orders and fill item 1 in invoice with price, quantity (the sku are already in Zoho invoice, the name will appear as inputed in Zoho already, not to take the exact name as per woo commerce)
7)Match the SKU of the order and fill item 2 in invoice if it there is item 2
8)Match the SKU of the order and fill item 3 in invoice if there is item 3
9)Up to 5 items
10)The invoice number should start with HWW and then XXXX(being order number from Woocommerce)
11)Check for discount on order since some client use coupon codes they have from the previous purchase in my loyalty system
12)Download the invoices created (I will setup every few hours) and upload to google drive
The automation should work perfectly and funds will be released after the automation works without errors after 3 or 4 days
