Make.com Specialist for Immigration Form Automation

We are looking for a Make.com specialist to help build and optimize an automation system for Spanish immigration forms, mainly EX-32 and occasionally EX-31.

The data is already structured and stored in databases/documents beforehand, so this is NOT an OCR-heavy project.

Main goal:
Create a SIMPLE, reliable and scalable automation workflow using Make.com as the central orchestrator.

We want to avoid unnecessary complexity and overengineering.

Tasks:

- Build automation workflows in Make.com
- Autofill/generate EX-32 and EX-31 forms
- Connect structured data sources
- Handle validations and error logic
- Improve workflow simplicity and efficiency
- Collaborate and explain implementation decisions when needed

Important:
This is a collaborative project. I already have technical knowledge and automation experience, but I’m looking for someone experienced in Make.com to help accelerate development and reinforce certain areas.

Required:

- Strong Make.com experience
- Workflow automation knowledge
- API/Webhook understanding
- Experience working with structured data
- Good communication

Nice to have:

- PDF automation experience
- Spanish administrative form experience
- Airtable / Google Sheets / Notion experience
