Make.com Social Posting Automation
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I already craft the visuals and core copy for every campaign—now I need a streamlined Make.com scenario that takes those prepared posts and publishes them across all my social accounts while still letting me read every caption one last time before it goes live.
What I expect from you
– Build a Make.com (Integromat) workflow that gathers each new post from a single source I control (Google Sheet, Airtable, or another repository we agree on).
– Format the text automatically so it meets the rules and best-practice lengths of each network (character limits for Twitter, hashtag placement for Instagram, line-break handling for LinkedIn, etc.).
– Insert a “review & approve” step that pauses the scenario and presents the caption back to me for manual proofreading before the final publish. A quick “Approve / Edit” link, email, or in-Make prompt is fine as long as it’s friction-free.
– Once approved, push the content to every connected profile with the corresponding image or video.
Acceptance criteria
• Posts reach Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (and any others we add later) with correct formatting.
• Manual approval step works reliably on desktop and mobile.
• End-to-end run is error-free and documented so I can edit or expand it myself later.
