Make.com Hiring Scenario Build

I have already mapped out the entire hiring workflow for a new virtual-assistant role, documented every data source, and written the step-by-step logic. All I need now is a Make.com specialist who can translate this blueprint into a live scenario, then thoroughly test it before we roll it out.


Testing must cover functionality, performance, and integration. I already know which testing tool I want to use, so you won’t be guessing there—once we start I’ll hand over the credentials and the test plan outline.

Deliverables
• Fully built Make.com scenario matching the provided logic
• End-to-end test execution using my chosen tool, with results and any fixes applied
• Quick Loom walkthrough (or similar) so my team can understand how to monitor and tweak the scenario

Acceptance criteria
• Every module fires in under the defined time limits and passes the performance thresholds in the test report
• Data lands in notion with no fields or duplicates
• Scenario is switched to live mode and processes at least one real candidate without error
