Make.com GPT Email Autoresponder
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a Make (formerly Integromat) scenario that watches our support inbox, passes each new message to the OpenAI ChatGPT API together with a fixed knowledge base covering our invoicing & payment process, and emails the crafted reply back to the customer.
The automation must focus exclusively on invoicing & payment enquiries, specifically questions about invoice generation and payment reminders. Anything outside this scope can be routed to a fallback folder or flagged for manual follow-up.
I will supply the mailbox access, style guidelines, and the full context text; you design the flow, map fields, write the prompt, test thoroughly, and document everything so I can maintain it later.
Key deliverables:
• Working Make scenario with modules for mail watch, prompt construction, ChatGPT call, and send-mail action (among other possible actions, like external connectors to get the invoice from the invoice software)
• Prompt template that injects our invoicing & payment context and keeps replies on-brand and in-thread
• Robust error handling, logging, and simple fallbacks inside Make
• Clear hand-over: screenshots or short loom, plus a brief Q&A session
