Make.com Email & WhatsApp Automation

I need two Make.com scenarios built and fully tested. The first must watch a designated Gmail (or IMAP) inbox and append every new email to a specific Google Sheet, mapping date, sender, subject, and full body without formatting errors or duplicates. The second must pick up incoming WhatsApp Business messages—via the official API or a gateway you recommend—and instantly forward the sender’s name, phone, and message text to my email in a clean, readable template.

Both scenarios should include basic error handling, clear naming, and concise in-scenario comments so I can maintain them later. Once they run reliably, hand me a brief loom or PDF walkthrough that shows where to adjust filters, change sheet IDs, or swap credentials.

Acceptance will be simple: new email lands in the sheet within a minute, and new WhatsApp message lands in my inbox within the same window, every time.
