Make.com Email-to-Sheets Automation

I have a custom Mailhook already running on Make.com that captures every new email. From each message I only need four fields pulled out—paid amount, name, phone number, and email address—and then pushed straight into a specific Google Spreadsheet. No extra processing, clean-up, or re-formatting is required; just take what arrives, map the data to the matching columns, and append a new row.

The Mailhook is active, so you can trigger it with sample payloads while we work. Once the scenario is built, I’ll test it by sending real emails and expect to see the values land in the sheet instantly and accurately. Please make the scenario easy for me to maintain: add clear variable names, concise comments, and a brief note inside Make.com describing how to edit the sheet ID or column mapping later.

Deliverable: a fully configured Make.com scenario that listens to the existing Mailhook, extracts the four fields, and writes them to my Google Sheet without modification.
