Make.com Developer for Workflow Optimization
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We are looking for an experienced Make.com Developer to help build, automate, and optimize workflows for our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Make.com and experience with integrating multiple apps, services, and APIs. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated workflows that enhance productivity, reduce manual tasks, and provide seamless integrations between platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation: Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows using Make.com to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
App Integration: Connect various platforms, tools, and services via APIs and pre-built Make.com integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms).
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize workflows for performance, ensuring smooth data flow and reducing bottlenecks or failures.
Error Handling: Implement robust error handling mechanisms to manage and resolve issues quickly in automated workflows.
Custom API Connections: Set up and manage custom API connections within Make.com to integrate services not natively supported by the platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand automation needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Documentation: Create clear documentation for workflows, connections, and any custom logic, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing and maintaining workflows on Make.com (formerly Integromat) or similar automation tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, webhooks, and JSON.
Experience integrating various applications such as CRMs, databases, Google Workspace, e-commerce platforms, and more.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex workflows.
Ability to create and manage custom API integrations within the Make.com platform.
Familiarity with automation concepts and a passion for streamlining processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other automation platforms (Zapier, Automate.io) is a plus.
Experience with scripting or coding for enhanced automation (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
Familiarity with SaaS tools, databases (SQL, Airtable), and project management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hours:
This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 10-20 hours per week), with flexible working hours. Some availability for team meetings or troubleshooting during business hours may be required.
