Description:
I’m looking for an expert in Make.com automation, web scraping, and email outreach personalization to help build a streamlined cold email system. This will be a real-time, screen-shared working session, where I actively collaborate and build alongside you.
Project Overview:
• Leads are stored in Google Sheets
• For each lead, scrape their website for relevant data (e.g., keywords, services, content themes)
• Use ChatGPT API to analyze scraped content and generate personalized email copy
• Send the email via Outlook (Microsoft 365) integration
• Entire process automated in Make.com (formerly Integromat)
• Deliverable is a fully functional, tested automation ready to deploy
Session Structure:
• You’ll work live with me via screen share
• I’ll provide strategic input and context as we go
• We’ll build and test together
• Payment will be made immediately upon successful completion and testing
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Make.com
• Solid understanding of web scraping (via APIs or custom modules)
• Familiar with ChatGPT API integration (OpenAI)
• Experience sending emails via Outlook / Microsoft 365 within Make.com
• Ability to move fast, troubleshoot live, and communicate clearly
Budget:
• $20/hour
• Expect 2–3 hours initially, with potential for more work if this goes well
