Make.com Automation Expert (Retell AI → GoHighLevel)

Job Description
I am building AI voice agents using Retell AI (inbound & outbound).
I already handle the voice and conversation logic.

I need an experienced Make.com automation specialist to build scenarios that connect Retell AI to GoHighLevel (GHL), including post-call data extraction and CRM updates.

This role is automation only — not voice creation.

What You Will Build
1. Retell AI → Make.com → GoHighLevel
Receive Retell AI webhooks (call events, transcripts, summaries)
Parse and structure post-call data
Update GoHighLevel:
Create/update contacts
Custom fields
Tags
Notes
Pipelines / opportunities
2. Inbound & Outbound Call Logic
Handle call outcomes:
Answered
Voicemail
No answer
Store call results and next steps in GHL
Support follow-up workflows
3. Reusable Scenarios for Multiple Niches
Templates that can be reused for:

Restaurants (reservations, inquiries, missed calls)
HVAC (service requests, emergency vs non-emergency)
Life Insurance Agents (outbound appointment setting)
Tech Stack
Retell AI
Make.com (advanced scenarios, routers, webhooks, error handling)
GoHighLevel (contacts, custom fields, pipelines, tags, workflows)
Requirements
Strong experience with Make.com
Experience integrating GoHighLevel
Experience working with Retell AI or similar AI voice platforms
Comfortable parsing AI transcripts / summaries
Able to document and explain scenarios clearly
