Make.com Auto Video Pipeline

Job ID: 40160327

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

The workflow starts the moment five 10-second clips land in a designated Google Drive folder. I want Make.com to detect the upload, merge the clips into a single 15-second vertical video, and enhance it with smooth transitions, light effects, and a clean text overlay. Once rendered, the video should save right back to Google Drive in a “Ready to Review” folder.

From there, Make.com must trigger a mobile push notification so a reviewer can simply tap Approve or Decline on their phone. An approval moves the file to “Approved” and instantly publishes it as a Reel on Instagram and a post on TikTok—caption, hashtags, and account credentials will be supplied. A decline should send the editor a notification and park the file in “Needs Fix.”

I don’t mind which video-editing service you call—FFmpeg, VEED, Canva, Kapwing, or any other tool that integrates cleanly through HTTP or a Make.com module—as long as the scenario stays fully automated and easy to duplicate for multiple brands. Use native Make modules wherever possible.

Deliverables
• Shareable Make.com scenario (JSON) with every module named clearly
• One Loom walkthrough of the setup and a full test run (Drive → edit → mobile approve → IG & TikTok)
• Basic read-me so I can swap captions, hashtags, or target accounts without breaking the flow

All API keys, brand assets, and test clips will be provided once we agree on the approach.
