What you’ll do:
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and forms
• Issue and track service agreements and consents
• Communicate with participants and stakeholders
• Update onboarding records in digital systems
• Ensure compliance-focused processes are followed
Requirements:
• Freelance / contractor (ABN required)
• Experience in NDIS, disability services, or admin onboarding
• Strong written communication
• Comfortable working independently
