Inventory managing with Monday & make

Project Title: Inventory managing with Monday & make & fillout forms (dont offer to do this with other tools)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with inventory management and the pricing requests from the sales team.

Specific requirements:
- sales team will fill a for with conditinal question and the inventory i manage in Monday will be populated as a section etc.
-the inventory is h.w. parts from different manufucturers that when are combined they are building a full single computer
- i am selling computer upon the current inventory i have and ability of sales teams to sell that specific configuration.
- every computer might have a different configuration
- some parts are mandatory like cpu and some are optional (extra memory)
- i have a board of the sales team
- I have a board of the computer parts and their inventory
- i have a board of the configuration created by the sales team
- i have a managing board. Not sure all boards are needed or maybe need to add more.
- i have board of my suplliers
- when inventory for specific items goes below specific level i need to send automatically an email to my suplier asking for price
- when suplier returns a price via email need to enter that into monday

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in using Monday and Make and fillout software.
