AI-Integrated Pixtral 12b Invoice Parsing Workflow with Make.com

I'm seeking a Make.com expert well-versed in AI to design a workflow. This workflow will send invoice images to Mistral - Pixtral.ai for data parsing and subsequently store the data in Airtable. I have most of the workflow built I just need to someone to figure out how to upload the images securely to Pixtral.ai so it can be processed.
I have signed up for the mistral/pixtral api and if someone does a good job I really need an ongoing make expert to work small projects to save me some time.
Key Requirements:
- Data Extraction: The workflow needs to extract line items, prices, customer information, invoice numbers, and dates from the invoice images.
- Airtable Organization: The extracted data should be organized in Airtable using linked tables based on relationships.
- Data Validation: Basic validation for completeness should be incorporated during the extraction process.
