Fiverr Brief — Make.com Automation Setup

Hi there,

We are a small registered NDIS provider based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia called Huge Care Pty Ltd.

We are looking for someone to set up a basic Make.com automation to connect our tools together. Here is what we currently use:

Our Current Tools:
• Claude — for documents and emails
• ChatGPT — for team tasks
• Manus — for research
• HubSpot — for contacts and client pipeline
• Make.com — which we need set up and connected


What We Need Done:
1. When a new enquiry comes in — automatically create a contact in HubSpot
2. Send an automatic acknowledgement email to the enquiry
3. Notify our team that a new lead has come in
4. Any other basic automations you recommend for a small care provider


A Few Things to Know:
• We are not technical so we need clear instructions on anything we need to do on our end
• We would like a short video walkthrough of what you have set up once complete
• All tools are already subscribed to — we just need them connected
