Full Stack Developer for AI Startup

We are an AI startup focused on autonomous outreach, helping businesses acquire more customers while saving time. We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team temporarily, as a freelancer, and help build scalable, innovative product.
What You'll Do:
As a Full-Stack Developer in our AI startup, your collaboration will be key in the design of our solution. As we expand our operations, we need help to streamline processes, to architect a robust system of workflows and to refine AI model interactions, while we enhance the experience of our clients. We will work closely with you, discussing solutions to potential challenges and ideas to be implemented.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Full-Stack developer
Strong understanding of system architecture and designing efficient workflows.
Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
Expertise in API integrations and data management.
Ability to structure and optimize databases for streamlined operations.
Knowledge of agentic workflows and AI-driven task automation.
Experience in prompt engineering to refine AI model interactions.
Familiarity with no-code tool, low-code tools, but also comfortable with custom development.
Flexibility to work with different technologies and adapt to the best tools for each use case.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss different solutions with the team.
Comfortable collaborating in a team environment, sharing ideas, and iterating on solutions.
Ability to work independently while proactively engaging with the team when needed.
