Finalise Wix–Odoo Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have already built most of a Make.com scenario that captures submissions from multiple Wix contact forms and pushes them into my Odoo CRM. The final touches are still missing and I need a Make expert to get everything running smoothly.
Here is what has to happen: every hour the scenario should pull new form submissions from Wix, map every standard field (name, email, phone) plus the inquiry message and all custom fields, then create or update the matching record in Odoo. If the transfer ever fails, an alert—email or instant notification inside Make—is required so I know straight away.
To finish the job you will
• review the existing scenario and tidy any redundant steps,
• complete the field-to-field mapping for all three Wix forms,
• set up the hourly trigger and make sure pagination / large batches are handled,
• add a robust error-handling route that sends the alert on any failed operation, and
• run test submissions with me until every piece of data shows up correctly in Odoo.
When the tests pass and the alert route fires on a forced error, I will consider the work complete. If you know your way around Make, Wix automations and Odoo’s API, this should be a quick win for both of us.
