Experienced Automations Specialist with AI Expertise Needed for Make.com and Zapier Projects

We are Maximise AI, an AI and automation agency dedicated to helping our clients enhance their efficiency by automating their most repetitive and time-consuming processes. We are seeking a talented Freelance Automations Specialist with a strong background in Make.com, Zapier, and AI technologies to join our team. This role involves developing advanced automation systems and AI-driven chatbots that integrate across various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement comprehensive automation solutions using Make.com and Zapier, based on detailed project specifications.
- Develop both straightforward and complex multi-step automations using flow control tools such as routers, filters, iterators, and aggregators in Make.com.
- Employ the HTTP module in Make.com for robust integration with external APIs.
- Create and integrate AI chatbots that can operate across multiple platforms including email, client websites, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop custom scripts and APIs, primarily using Python and Flask, and deploy these solutions on Heroku and/or AWS.
- Work with various AI models, particularly ChatGPT via API, to enhance automation functionalities. Experience with additional AI models is considered a bonus.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in automation with Make.com, including its advanced features and integration capabilities.
- Skilled in Zapier and its applications for integration.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with substantial experience in Flask app development.
- Experience in creating and deploying AI chatbots across different communication channels.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI models, with practical application via APIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills, available for video calls as needed.
- Capable of working within UK business hours and maintaining a reliable internet connection.
