Dynamic AI Secretary Completion

I'M LOOKING TO PAY SOMEONE TO HELP ME COMPLETE MY DYNAMIC AI SECRETARY PROJECT... IS THAT YOU?

My VAPI works. My Google calendar also works. I need someone experienced in 'MAKE' (www.make.com) to come to my rescue by helping me complete my 24/7 AI Secretary.

The idea is:

01: You ring my voice line.
02: It connects you with my VAPI AI Voiice Secretary.
03: (Here's where YOU come in) VAPI gets today's day/date through 'Make"
04: ALL appointments are via Zoom ONLY
05: VAPI asks what kind of appointment customer wants to make. (Interview me to be their coach is 30 minutes & Working as an existing client is 1 hour - both on different pre-determined days during pre-determind hours and a BNI 1-2-1 is an hour also only on predetermined days at predetermined hours.)
06: VAPI then asks customer if they'd like to make an appointment and only offers the appropraiate hours on the appropriate days
07: 'Make' checks my Google Calendar
08: 'Make' tells VAPI my availability
09: VAPI asks customer to choose
10: VAPI tells 'Make' and 'Make confirms or rejects
11: Customer ultimatey chooses and Make books the appointment in google calander and immediately sends confirmation via email to customer.
12: End of call.

That's it. I've been led to believe it's no more than a one hour job for someone experienced in MAKE.
