Automation for WordPress Membership Site & Discord Role Management on Make.com

I am looking for an experienced automation expert to create a workflow for my WordPress membership site using Make.com (formerly Integromat). The goal is to automate the process of assigning roles in Discord based on the membership status of users.
Requirements:
Membership Status Check:
Check if a user is an active Paid Member using Paid Memberships Pro (membership plugin) and WooCommerce (for payments).
Role Assignment in Discord:
If a user is an active paid member, automatically assign a specific role in our Discord server.
If a user cancels their membership or the membership expires, automatically assign a different role (or remove their current role).
Integration via Make.com:
Set up the automation using Make.com to integrate WordPress, Paid Memberships Pro, WooCommerce, and Discord.
Error Handling & Testing:
Ensure the automation runs smoothly and handle any potential errors or exceptions.
Additional Info:
