Automation Specialist for Make.com Training System

Make.com Automation Expert Needed — Training Rollout Communication System
We run training sessions and need an automated messaging system built so that reminders fire automatically to the right stakeholders at the right times — without manual involvement.
What you'll build:
A Google Sheets template (filled in by our staff per new group) connected to Make.com, which fires 22 pre-defined trigger messages via Email, SMS (Twilio), and WhatsApp to learners, facilitators, assessors, moderators, and project managers — based on dates in the sheet.
You must have:

Strong Make.com experience (multi-step scenarios, iterators, date-offset logic)
WhatsApp Business API integration experience
Twilio SMS setup
Good written English for message template drafting
