AI Automation Expert for Make.com

I need to turn a set of time-consuming, repetitive processes into fully hands-free scenarios inside Make.com. I’ve experimented with Zapier and Make.com myself, but I’ve chosen to standardise on Make.com for all future flows. Your job is to design and build task-automation workflows that run reliably without manual intervention.
Scope
• Map the current processes with me, identify every trigger and action, then translate them into Make.com scenarios.
• Connect the relevant web apps and APIs, leveraging AI steps where they add value (e.g. smart routing, text generation, or data clean-up).
• Document each scenario clearly so I can understand, maintain, and extend it later.
Deliverables
1. Diagram or outline of the final workflow(s).
2. Working Make.com scenarios, fully tested.
3. Short Loom or written walkthrough explaining how each part works.
Acceptance criteria
• All tasks complete automatically from trigger to finish with no errors in live testing.
• Scenario logs show zero unresolved operations after 72 hours of continuous use.
• Clear, reusable documentation delivered.
