Automation Expert for Cold Email Campaigns

Leviate Air Group is seeking a no-code automation expert with hands-on experience in Make.com to help automate sending cold email campaigns through Saleshandy, using leads stored in Airtable.

Project Scope:

Review and optimize an existing Airtable base that contains prospecting lists.
Design, configure, and document automated workflows in Make.com that:
Pull prospect data from Airtable.
Assign prospects to brokers based on location or other rules.
Launch personalized email campaigns via Saleshandy using correct broker mailboxes.
Track campaign status and replies with real-time updates.
Advise on integration with other tools (as needed) for verification, enrichment, or analytics.
Provide clear documentation and light training so the process is sustainable for our in-house team.

Requirements:

Proven experience building advanced scenarios in Make.com (formerly Integromat), especially with Airtable.
Strong understanding of cold email tools like Saleshandy, and experience setting up campaign automation.
Skills in integrating and optimizing workflows in no-code environments.
Ability to clean, deduplicate, and manage prospect lists.
Excellent communicator (written English) and collaborative problem solver.

Bonus:

Familiarity with Airtable, Noloco, or other no-code front-end portals.
Past work with sales teams or cold outreach campaigns.
