Automate GHL Assessments into PDFs
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need an end-to-end, no-code scenario that starts the moment a visitor finishes a GoHighLevel assessment and ends with a polished PDF sitting back inside that contact’s record (and optionally in Drive + email). I’m committed to Make.com for the automation stack, so please build the workflow there.

Key points
• Assessment responses include both text and images—be sure the scenario fetches every field, resizes images cleanly, and keeps the layout intact inside Plumsail.
• Google Sheets already holds my formulas; the scenario just has to pass raw data in and pull finished values back out.
• The whole run should be hands-off, fast, and easy for me to clone to other assessments later.
• Any errors need to be trapped and logged so I can troubleshoot without digging into Make.com execution history.
Deliverables
- Make.com blueprint (.json) with clear module notes
- Google Sheet mapped with inbound/outbound ranges
- At least two working DOCX templates inside Plumsail plus a merged-PDF rule set
- One connection setup guide (screenshots or Loom) so I can relink credentials on my side
Acceptance criteria
A test assessment must fire the scenario, create the merged PDF in under two minutes, and attach it back to the correct GHL contact with no manual intervention.

If you’ve already wrangled GoHighLevel’s API, Make.com routers, and Plumsail’s template engine, this should feel familiar. I’m ready to start as soon as you can show similar work or outline your approach.
